About the state purchase prices on cotton raw of harvest of 1997 and procedure for its acceptance

(The validity of this resolution is extended for 1998 according to the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan of August 12, 1998 No. 3835)

For the purpose of further stimulation of producers of cotton raw and ensuring price parity on agricultural and industrial output I decide:

1. Approve the state purchase prices on cotton raw of harvest of 1997 (without the value added tax) according to appendix.

2. Establish discounts for 1 ton of the handed-over cotton raw irrespective of humidity and contamination:

till September 15 of 1,0 percent

from September 15 to October 15 percent 1,5

since October 15 percent 2,0

3. The main state inspectorate for standardization of metrology, protection of subsoil and safe operation in the national economy of Turkmenistan to make changes to state standard specifications: cotton raw of machine collection 16298-81, manual collections 10202-71, following from this resolution.

4. Provide to Turkmenpagta state concern control of observance of timely holding the agrotechnical actions connected with cultivation and cleaning of cotton raw; uninterrupted acceptance of the handed-over cotton raw, its storage and conversion according to the established regulations.

5. Recognize invalid resolutions of the President of Turkmenistan:

No. 2803 Item 1 of October 1, 1996 "About the state purchase prices on cotton raw and about use of cotton fiber of harvest of 1996";

Item 7 the paragraph the 2nd No. 1229 of March 10, 1993 "About measures for improvement of seed farming of crops in Turkmenistan".
