This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for subitem 2.5.10 and the paragraph of the sixth subitem 2.6.1 of Item 2, which become effective from the date of entry into force of the law on modification and (or) amendments in the Code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses of April 21, 2003 concerning responsibility for violation of established procedure of advertizing of alcoholic beverages, is temporary and according to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus is submited National assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
