About indicator for calculations
Article 1. The indicator for calculations is the Republic of Tajikistan established annually in the Law on the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for the corresponding year the sum of money applied to calculation of taxes, duties, other obligatory payments and penalties, and also to calculation of these or that cost limiting (lower or upper) sizes, social benefits and allowances according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - indicator for calculations).
Annual establishment of indicator in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on the Government budget for the corresponding year shall be made for calculations, as a rule, taking into account and the rate of inflation predicted for the corresponding year.
Article 2. Before reduction in compliance of the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan with this Law of the word "minimum size of the salary", "minimum wage", "monthly minimum size of the salary", "monthly minimum wage" for calculation of taxes, duties, other obligatory payments and penalties to recognize as the words "indicator for calculations".
Article 3. Enact this Law since July 1, 2008.
