1. Approve:
Regulations on minimum rates of award for public performance of works according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on minimum rates of award for reproduction of works in soundtrack, for delivery of copies of soundtracks and audiovisual works in hire according to appendix No. 2;
Regulations on minimum rates of award for reproduction of works of the fine arts and replication in the industry of works of arts and crafts according to appendix No. 3.
2. Determine that the award rates provided by the appendices N1-3 to this resolution are minimum for the types of use of works determined in them. Specific amount of remuneration, procedure and terms of its payment are established by the parties in case of the conclusion of the contract between the user of the work and its author, or the owner on this work, or the organization managing property rights on collective basis within the powers received from them.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 06.09.2011 No. 248
4. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Uzbek SSR of November 16, 1988 of N428 "About Rates of Award for the Edition, Public Performance and Other Types of Use of Literary Works and Art".
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aripov A. N.
