Based on the paragraph of the sixth Item 19 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 28, 2006 "About sanatorium treatment and improvement of the population" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 542

1. Approve Regulations on payment procedure of the monetary assistance on improvement it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008.

Regulations on payment procedure of the monetary assistance on improvement

1. This Provision regulates payment procedure of the monetary assistance on improvement (further – the monetary assistance) to persons specified in subitems 1.1-1.5 of Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2007 to No. 239-Z "About the state social privileges, the rights and guarantees for separate categories of citizens".

2. The monetary assistance is estimated for December 31 of year in which her receiver did not use the right to sanatorium treatment or improvement, and paid during the first quarter of the next year through objects of mail service of the national operator of mail service, banks.

The monetary assistance which is subject to payment and is not received in the first quarter the current calendar year can be paid until the end of this year.

3. For the purpose of payment of the monetary assistance to her receivers who are pensioners:

representative offices of the Republican center for improvement and sanatorium treatment of the population (further – representative offices of the Center) till December 15 notify the bodies performing provision of pensions of these persons on allocation of permits to sanatorium treatment or improvement by it with dates of arrival current calendar year;

the bodies performing provision of pensions of these persons create sheets on payment of the monetary assistance to her receivers for December 31 every year.

4. Payment of the monetary assistance to her receivers who are not pensioners is performed by the declarative principle.

For receipt of the monetary assistance her receivers till December 15 submit to representative office of the Center for the residence * the corresponding written application with appendix:

copies of the document confirming availability of the right to the monetary assistance;

data from place of employment (military service, service, study) of the receiver of the monetary assistance on not allocation to it permits current calendar year.

5. Payment of the monetary assistance to members of the family of the receiver in case of his death is not made.
