About some questions of carrying out customs control

According to Article 287, Item 2 of Article 293, part three of Item 1 of Article 294, part one of item 4 of Article 296, part one of Item 10 of Article 297 of the Customs code of the Republic of Belarus the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Accounting of the goods which are under customs control is performed by registration of customs transactions or according to the procedure, established by this resolution.

For the purpose of accounting data of the integrated automated systems of the check point, systems of recognition of registration plates of vehicles, other program and technical means used by customs authorities and also the data received from bodies of the border service can be used.

1-1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about the accounting of oil and oil products imported from the Russian Federation and moved with transit with use of the main pipeline transport.

2. Establish forms:

instructions about carrying out customs examination according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

decisions on carrying out personal customs examination according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

instructions on carrying out customs examination of rooms and the territories according to appendix 6 to this resolution;

the act of customs inspection according to appendix 8 to this resolution.

3. Determine that:

3.1. to placements and on the territories specified in Items 1 and 2 of article 119 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the following officials of customs authorities have right of access:

Chairman and vice-chairmen of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus;

chief, deputy chief, chiefs of departments and their deputies, chief inspectors, senior operational representatives for especially important issues of management of the organization of fight against smuggling and administrative customs offenses of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus;

chief, deputy chief, chiefs of departments and their deputies, chief inspectors of management of the organization of customs control of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus;

chief, deputy chief, chiefs of departments and their deputies, senior operational representatives for especially important issues of Department of Internal Security of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus;

chief, deputy chief, chiefs of departments and their deputies, chief inspectors of management of the organization of post-customs control and chief, deputy chief, chief inspectors of control and auditing department of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus;

chiefs of customs;

deputy chiefs of customs;

chiefs, deputy chiefs, senior operational representatives for especially important issues of departments (groups) of own safety of customs;

chiefs and deputy chiefs of customs posts of customs;

chiefs, deputy chiefs, chief inspectors of departments of the organization of customs control, analysis and risk management, carrying out transactions of customs control and departments of customs clearance and control of customs;
