About the amount of payment for the licenses granted by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Establish the amount of payment for the licenses granted by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the following sizes:

on the right of carrying out exchange transactions with cash foreign currency - the triple size of settlement indicator;

on the right of carrying out banking activities:

- in national currency - the triple size of settlement indicator;

- in foreign currency - the triple size of settlement indicator;

- with precious metals - the triple size of settlement indicator;

on the right of implementation of activities by specialized financial credit institutes - the triple size of settlement indicator;

on the right of implementation of activities by credit unions - one som;

for rendering services in acceptance and carrying out payments and calculations for the goods and services which are not result of the activities for benefit of the third parties by means of the payment systems based on information technologies and electronic means and methods of carrying out payments - the tenfold size of settlement indicator;

for rendering services in acceptance, processing and issue of financial information (processing, clearing) on payments and calculations of the third parties to members of payment service provider, this processing, clearing center - the tenfold size of settlement indicator;

for rendering services in implementation of exchange of credit information - the tenfold size of settlement indicator.

2. In case of renewal and issue of the duplicate of the license the payment is levied in the amount of one settlement indicator.

3. All raised funds for consideration of the application and licensing, and also for renewal and issue of the duplicate of the license are transferred into the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. From coming into force of this resolution to recognize invalid Items 1-3, 5, of the 6th resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 27/2 of July 25, 2001. "About the amount of payment for the licenses granted by NBKR" and the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 44/9 of October 11, 2007. "About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of Board of NBKR "About the Amount of Payment for the Licenses Granted by NBKR".

5. In accordance with the established procedure to direct to management of supervision of non-bank organizations together with Legal department to state registration this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the moment of official publication after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. After publication of the registered regulatory legal act to inform the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on publication source (the name of the edition, its number and date).

8. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the board member of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Alybayeva S. K.
