About state regulation of production of sugar and sugar beet during the period from September 1, 2008 to September 1, 2009

According to articles 2 and 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and realization of sugar" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Establish the extreme size of quota of supply of sugar to the domestic market (quota "And") during the period from September 1, 2008 to September 1, 2009 of 1985 thousand tons.

2. Approve minimum prices of sugar beet of basic sugar content which will be delivered from September 1, 2008 to September 1, 2009 for production of sugar within quota "And", and on sugar of quota "And" according to appendix.
