About determination of quota for labor migration on industries of economy and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2008

Direct certain this resolution quota for the labor migration determining limiting number of the foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving to the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of implementation of labor activity in the Kyrgyz Republic on industries of economy and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2008 on approval of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Appoint the chairman of the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on migration and employment the official representative of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to approval by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of quota for the labor migration determining limiting number of the foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving to the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of implementation of labor activity in the Kyrgyz Republic on industries of economy and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2008.
4. Ask Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the right to redistribution of quota between industries of economy and regions, within the approved quota on the Kyrgyz Republic.
