About approval of the Procedure for use of means of the government budget for accomplishment of the programs connected with social protection of citizens who suffered owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash

For the purpose of enhancement of system of carrying out social payments to citizens which suffered owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for use of means of the government budget for accomplishment of the programs connected with social protection of citizens who suffered owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash which is applied.

2. Recognize to invalid:

paragraphs two, the fourth - the sixth Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 1992 No. 258 "About regulations of food and partial compensation of cost of products for persons who suffered owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1992, No. 10, of the Art. 236);

Items 20-22, 25-28, 30, 32-35 Procedures for use of fund for implementation of actions for mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and social protection of the population approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 20, 2000 No. 987 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 25, Art. 1054; 2001, No. 32, Art. 1481; 2002, No. 15, the Art. 814, No. 27, the Art. 1265), and also Item 23 - regarding provision to citizens of housing and communal services, communication services, loans of banks and providing citizens with fuel.
