About approval of Rules of stay of foreign citizens in the Republic of Tajikistan and Rules of transit of foreign citizens through the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of stay of foreign citizens in the Republic of Tajikistan and Rules of transit of foreign citizens through the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan, Customs Service strict observance by the accepting organizations and foreign citizens of the rights and obligations provided by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan and the specified Rules.

1. These rules are developed according to the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal status of foreign citizens in the Republic of Tajikistan" and determine procedure:

b) document creation on the residence right in the Republic of Tajikistan to the foreign citizens who are temporarily staying in the Republic of Tajikistan;
