1.1. 1.4. 1.7. Issue of import permits, acquisition, construction (installation) and operation of the radiating RES, purpose of working frequencies and selection of call signs is made for them:

a) on a centralized basis - the State inspection of communication of the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Tajikistan;

b) it is decentralized - regional bodies of the State inspectorate of communication of the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Tajikistan.

1.8. Permissions in the decentralized procedure are issued only on separate types of low-power RES in the ranges and within the working frequencies determined by the State inspection of communication of the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Tajikistan.

1.9. On the transferring radio stations of any assignment, capacity of 1 kW and more, issues two permissions: the first "on the right of construction (installation) of radio station; the second" on the right of its operation. The last is issued after the termination of construction (installation) of radio station and its acceptance by the commission.
