1. Increase since January 1, 2008 benefits amounts to persons having honorary titles, including honorary titles "National" and "Honored worker" - by the 2nd minimum wages, and honorary title "Deserved" - at 1 basic settlement size, having established them in sizes according to appendix.
2. Determine that payments to persons having honorary titles including to persons having honorary titles of the Republic of Karakalpakstan are performed monthly at the expense of the following means:
to persons performing labor activity in state-financed organizations - at the expense of the relevant budgets;
to persons performing labor activity in self-supporting business entities - at the expense of own means of business entities;
to receivers of pension - at the expense of means of the republican budget through the organization in which pension, and the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan is granted;
to receivers of benefit - at the expense of means of the republican budget the National agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
.3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in ten-day time to approve procedure for appointment and implementation of payments to persons having honorary titles.
