About additional measures for saturation of the domestic market by forest products
For the purpose of creation of conditions for expansion of housing construction, ensuring requirements of the population and the companies of the republic in forest products and wood, by them the Cabinet of Ministers decides saturations of the domestic consumer market:
1. Exempt legal entities from payment of import customs duty on the delivered forest products and wood according to appendix.
2. To provide to the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan strict control of observance by legal entities of established procedure of import to the republic of forest products and wood, behind correctness of customs clearance and collection of customs payments.
3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Finance, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested ministries and departments:
in ten-day time to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in the current legislation following from this resolution;
in two weeks to bring departmental regulations into accord with requirements of this resolution.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sultanov U. T.
