About creation of the State-owned leasing company "Uzmeliomashleasing"

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 29, 2007 of NUP-3932 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of System of Meliorative Improvement of Lands", and also for the purpose of stimulation of updating existing and forming of the multi-profile park of the meliorative equipment, ensuring delivery to the construction and operational water management organizations performing activities for meliorative improvement of the irrigated lands, the modern meliorative Cabinet of Ministers machinery and equipment decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of agricultural and water economy and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan on creation of the specialized state-owned leasing company "Uzmeliomashleasing" in the form of the state unitary enterprise.

To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month time to allocate the State-owned leasing company "Uzmeliomashleasing" funds in the amount of 5 billion bags for forming of authorized fund at the expense of part of profit of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan which is subject to the direction in the income of the republican budget.
