According to Articles 7, of 15, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for conducting exit, checks not eligible to travel abroad concerning observance by banks, non-bank financial institutions, by operators of mail service of requirements of the foreign exchange legislation of Ukraine and checks of exchange bureaus of foreign currency in the territory of Ukraine it (is applied).

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 03.01.2019 No. 13.

3. Recognize invalid:

The rules of conducting checks of exchange bureaus of foreign currency in the territory of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 04.07.2001 No. 259, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 23.07.2001 for No. 622/5813;

The regulations on procedure for conducting exit checks concerning observance by banks and financial institutions of requirements of the foreign exchange legislation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 20.09.2002 No. 352, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 09.10.2002 for No. 818/7106;

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 17.02.2004 No. 49 "About modification of the Regulations on procedure for conducting exit checks concerning observance by banks and financial institutions of requirements of the foreign exchange legislation of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.03.2004 for No. 261/8860;

Item 2 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 01.09.2005 No. 326 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.09.2005 for No. 1073/11353.

4. To department of currency exchange control and licensing (O. G. Bilanenko) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine for use in work.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman O. V. Savchenko, Department of currency exchange control and licensing (O. G. Bilanenko), chiefs of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine.

6. The resolution becomes effective on January 1, 2008.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Provision is drafted according to Articles 7, of 15, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions" (further - the Law), to other regulations of Ukraine for the purpose of establishment of single procedure for the organization and carrying out by the National Bank of Ukraine (further - National Bank) exit and checks not eligible to travel abroad concerning observance by banks, non-bank financial institutions and operators of mail service who obtained the license of National Bank for implementation of currency transactions or the general license for implementation of currency transactions which did not void after enforcement of the Law (further - the license), of requirements of the foreign exchange legislation of Ukraine, and also checks of exchange bureaus of foreign currency in the territory of Ukraine.

1.2. This Provision determines procedure for conducting exit and checks not eligible to travel abroad for banks and their separate divisions (further - banks), non-bank financial institutions, their separate divisions and structural units of these divisions, and also operators of mail service who obtained the license (further - financial institutions), concerning observance of requirements of the foreign exchange legislation of Ukraine by them, and also establishes procedure for conducting checks of exchange bureaus of foreign currency of banks (financial institutions) (further - exchange bureaus).
