About increase in monthly official (tariff) pay rates of the employees and civil employees of the Public courier service having special rank under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic

1. Since August 1, 2006 to raise for 100 percent present monthly official pay rates of the employees who are staff of the Public courier service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic having special rank and civil workers.

2. Determine that the questions of financing connected with Item 1 of this Order are performed at the expense of the means provided by the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic of 2006 on content of the Public courier service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to approve the sizes of monthly official pay rates of the employees who are staff of the Public courier service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic having special rank and civil workers and to resolve other issues following from this Order.
