I. General provisions

1.1. In the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic the state supervision of technical condition and operation of the tractors belonging to legal entities and physical persons, self-propelled machines and mechanisms (further - the equipment) according to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 22, 1998 No. 24 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About traffic" is performed according to this Provision the Main state inspection of technical supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic - Azerbglavgostekhnadzor, department of the state technical supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and district (city) state inspections of technical supervision.

Bodies of inspectorate of Gostekhnadzor in the activities are guided by the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Decrees and Orders of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic, orders and orders of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic, other regulations and this Provision.

2.7. ensuring collection from legal entities and physical persons of the equipment established by the legislation of the state fees for registration in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic, carrying out its technical inspection, issue of the state registration signs and the certificate of the driver-tractor operator;

III. Rights of bodies of inspectorate of Gostekhnadzor

Bodies of inspectorate of Gostekhnadzor have the following rights:

3.1. for the purpose of implementation in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic of the state supervision of technical condition and operation of the existing equipment freely to check at the companies, in organizations, the organizations and on production facilities irrespective of jurisdiction (further - the company) compliance of storage of the equipment and spare parts to requirements of the operating state standards and other regulating documents, to check quality of the repaired equipment and to bring ideas of elimination of the found shortcomings;
