1. Determine that cotton-fiber is implemented for national currency through the exchange biddings to the domestic textile enterprises having production capacities on its conversion, and GPO "Davlat of Belgisa", the companies of JSC Uzpakhtasanoat, Uzbek society of blind people and organizations of Head department of execution of the punishment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan - under direct agreements within technology requirement and the available production capacities.

2. Extend privileges till January 1, 2011, No. 141, on permission to the companies SAC Uzbekengilsanoat to acquire stipulated in Item 5th resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 25, 2004 for freely-convertible currency (with charge of the VAT on zero rate) textile semifinished products (yarn, fabrics, knitted cloth and waste of hlopkopryadeniye) in the domestic market at the prices not below world, developed at the time of the conclusion of the contract, meaning that at least 80 percent of products made from these semifinished products will go for export.

textile semifinished products (yarn, fabrics, knitted cloth) of 40 and more percent in total amount of realization.

4. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to make offers on the changes in the legislation following from this resolution in the Cabinet of Ministers in a month.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
