About measures of the state assistance to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan in receipt of the pension assignments made in the period of their labor activity in the Republic of Korea

1. Take into consideration that according to the legislation of the Republic of Korea pension expels of the foreign citizens working in the Republic of Korea are subject to return on individual bank accounts of the citizens included in the lists created by National pension service of the Republic of Korea.

2. Approve Regulations on procedure for return to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the pension assignments made during their work in the Republic of Korea according to appendix.

3. To the ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of the list of citizens provided by National pension service of the Republic of Korea to send personal notifications to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan about return of pension assignments to them with indication of procedure for receipt of the returned means.

4. State joint-stock to People's Bank to provide opening to the citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan included in the specified list, currency accounts without preliminary introduction of means and collection of payment.

5. To render the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan assistance in forwarding through diplomatic channels of the documents necessary for registration of return to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the pension assignments from National pension service of the Republic of Korea directed by the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. To executive office of the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and to People's Bank to carry out explanatory work among the citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan receiving pension assignments from National pension service of the Republic of Korea about feasibility of payment of compulsory insurance premiums to the off-budget Pension fund of the Republic of Uzbekistan for inclusion of the periods of work in the Republic of Korea in the working life granting the right to the state provision of pensions.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.

Regulations on procedure for return to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the pension assignments made during their work in the Republic of Korea

1. This Provision determines the mechanism of the state assistance to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan in obtaining from National pension service of the Republic of Korea of the pension assignments made during their work in the Republic of Korea.

2. According to the legislation of the Republic of Korea the pension assignments made during work of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the companies of the Republic of Korea are subject to return.

3. The ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan receives from National pension service of the Republic of Korea (further - NPS of Korea) the list of the citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who worked in the Republic of Korea and having the right to the returned pension assignments (further - citizens).

4. The agency concerning external labor migration under the Ministry of employment and employment relationships (further - the Agency) based on lists of citizens from the moment of receipt of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection from NPS of Korea of the list of citizens sends personal written notices to two weeks to citizens with explanation of procedure for receipt of pension assignments by them.

5. Lists of citizens, and also forms of the form of the questionnaire statement established by NPS of Korea and the document on availability of the currency account within two working days from the moment of their obtaining are brought by the Agency to the attention of territorial departments of People's Bank which within two working days bring the specified lists to district and city branches of People's Bank.

6. Based on applications in person of the citizens included in the NPS lists of Korea, district, city branches of People's Bank at the permanent address of these citizens make in accordance with the established procedure opening to citizens of deposit currency accounts.

For opening to citizens of deposit currency accounts preliminary introduction into these accounts of money, and also payment for opening of the account are not required.

7. District, city branches of People's Bank after opening to the citizen of the deposit currency account hand to it:

the form of the questionnaire statement in the form established by NPS of Korea;

the document on availability of the currency account in the form established by NPS of Korea.

8. The form of the questionnaire statement and the document on availability of the currency account are filled and signed by the citizen with own hand. Signatures of the citizen are subject to the notarial certificate in accordance with the established procedure.

9. Originals of the documents specified in Item 7 of this provision with notarially certified signatures of the citizen, and also the passport copy (page 2 and 3) of the citizen return the citizen to the relevant branch of People's Bank in the place of opening of the deposit currency account.

10. District, city branches of People's Bank:

register the documents received from citizens in the special register;

issue to citizens the written confirmation of the fact of receipt of documents;

send to week time to the Agency the documents which arrived from citizens with application of a copy of the register.

11. The agency within two weeks after receipt of documents from branch of People's Bank performs check of correctness of their registration on each citizen according to requirements of NPS of Korea and monthly sends these sets of documents to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan for forwarding through diplomatic channels of NPS of Korea.

12. Return of pension assignments to citizens after receipt of the relevant documents of NPS of Korea is performed according to the legislation of the Republic of Korea.

The money which arrived into the deposit currency account citizens have the right to dispose at discretion according to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

13. The branch of People's Bank shall:

in three-day time to notify the citizen on receipt of funds on its deposit currency account from NPS of Korea;

on the first demand of the citizen to provide issue of the cash foreign currency which arrived into the deposit currency account of the citizen from NPS of Korea to him.
