1. Approve the Instruction about the organization of providing and provision by the serviceman of the Security Service of Ukraine and to members of their families of premises which is applied.

2. To provide to the director of the department of economic providing provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of economic providing.

4. To acquaint staff of the Security Service of Ukraine with this order.

The instruction about the organization of providing and provision by the serviceman of the Security Service of Ukraine and to members of their families of premises

I. General provisions

1.1. This Instruction determines procedure for the organization of providing and provision of premises by the serviceman - to persons officer (including that which undergo military service of faces of officers), foreman and sergeant, ordinary structure (except the military personnel of conscription service) the Security Service of Ukraine (further - SB of Ukraine), and also to persons discharged from military service in inventory or in resignation which remained on accounting of the citizens needing improvement of housing conditions in SB of Ukraine after dismissal (further - employees) and members of their families, including members of families of the military personnel who died, died, bezvest were gone during passing of military service which stay on the registry of persons and need improvement of housing conditions (further members of their families).

1.2. Government employees, employees and workers who serve (work) in SB of Ukraine, are provided with premises according to requirements of the current legislation.

1.3. For the purpose of ensuring transparency of procedure for granting of housing to employees and members of their families of the data on the number of premises which is subject to distribution and which is distributed moves bodies, institutions and SB organizations of Ukraine in division of the Central management responsible for economic providing in SB of Ukraine (further - PHO). The summarized information shall be lit systematically on the SB official website of Ukraine.

II. Domestic commissions

2.1. The domestic commissions are formed in the Central management, its divisions, and also bodies, institutions and SB organizations of Ukraine for the purpose of observance of requirements of the current legislation when accounting employees who need improvement of housing conditions and members of their families, distributions and uses of living space.

2.2. The main objectives of the domestic commissions are:

decision making concerning room accounting and provision of premises;

consideration of official reports of employees about transfer on accounting of persons, as such which need improvement of housing conditions;

check of housing conditions of employees;

accounting of employees who need improvement of housing conditions and members of their families.

Decisions of the domestic commissions affirm:

in the Central management - the vice-chairman of SB of Ukraine to whose functional obligations coordination of economic providing belongs;

in bodies, institutions and SB organizations of Ukraine - their head.

2.3. The domestic commissions employees and employees of divisions of the Central management, bodies, institutions and SB organizations of Ukraine are included.

2.4. Total number of members of the domestic commission shall constitute at least than seven persons.

The structure of the domestic commission of the Central management affirms the order SB of Ukraine.

Structure of other domestic commissions affirm heads of the relevant divisions of the Central management, bodies, institutions and SB organizations of Ukraine.

2.5. The chairman of the domestic commission organizes work of the commission and provides for this purpose necessary conditions.
