About procedure for distribution of means from realization of the state assets transferred for forming of authorized capitals of separate bodies of economic board
For the purpose of streamlining of distribution of the means arriving from realization according to programs of privatization and privatization of the state assets transferred for forming of authorized capitals of separate bodies of economic board, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan relevant organs of economic board delegate sales right of the state assets removed from their authorized funds with accumulation of means from realization in Fund of means from privatization of state-owned property, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Agree with the offer of the State Property Committee, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economics and Goskomdemonopolization of the Republic of Uzbekistan on distribution of the means received from realization of the state assets specified in Item 1 of this resolution according to appendix No. 2.
3. To the Ministry of Finance together with the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Uzpakhtasanoat association to develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure Regulations on procedure for accumulation and use by association of the means arriving it according to appendix No. 2 to this resolution in a month, having provided:
the direction of funds for upgrade and reconstruction of the cotton-processing companies on the terms of recoverability, and also the paid nature in the amount of no more than 50 percent from stage of Central Bank refinancing of the Republic of Uzbekistan in year;
return by association to the state of the means which arrived it, since 2012, within 3 years.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
