1. Increase since October 1, 1991 the operating official pay rates to employees of regional courts, the Dushanbe city court, city, district national courts, offices of notary public, central research laboratory of judicial examinations, publishing group of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan in time 1,7.

2. Enter since October 1, 1991:

- surcharge to official pay rates of judges for qualification classes according to appendix No. 1;

- surcharge to official pay rates of workers of offices of courts, judicial authorities, offices of notary public, the Central research laboratory of judicial examinations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic Tadkikistan for long service according to appendix No. 2.

3. Determine that questions of work incentives of employees of courts, notary offices (awarding, allowances, rendering financial support) are regulated by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the USSR of October 25, 1989 No. 896.

4. Determine that the uniform is issued to legal executives since January 1, 1992 free of charge.

To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to increase with respect thereto, and also taking into account value increase of objects of uniform the sizes of the budgetary appropriations allocated for these purposes.

5. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to bring amendments in the salary fund of courts, offices of notary public, Central research laboratory of judicial examinations, publishing group of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan in connection with increase in their official pay rates in 1,7 of time and the provided surcharges for long service and qualification classes.
