agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement the applied terms mean:

"Council of collective security" - the supreme body of the Collective Security Treaty Organization;

Council of Ministers of Defense - consultative and executive body of the Collective Security Treaty Organization concerning coordination of interaction of the Parties in the field of military policy, military construction and military and technical cooperation;

"bodies of military management" - the commands, headquarters and the managerial organizations intended for management and management of armed forces of state members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization of the Central Asian region of collective security of the Organization (further - the state of CAR);
