1. Approve the Procedure for use in 2007 for the means provided in the government budget for creation of the unified telecommunication system of dispatching control and automated management of mining machines and technological complexes at the coal-mining companies for increase in safe engineering which is applied.

3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Procedure for use in 2007 of the means provided in the government budget for creation of the unified telecommunication system of dispatching control and automated management of mining machines and technological complexes at the coal-mining companies for increase in safe engineering

1. This Procedure determines use mechanism in 2007 of the means provided in the government budget according to the program "Labor protection and increase in safe engineering at the coal-mining and shaft construction companies (including the companies on production of brown coal), including decontamination of coal layers, and also creation of the unified telecommunication system of dispatching control and automated management of mining machines and technological complexes (UTAS) at the coal-mining companies for increase in safe engineering, including creations of the unified telecommunication system of dispatching control and automated management of mining machines and technological complexes (UTAS) at the coal-mining companies for increase in safe engineering" for creation of the unified telecommunication system of dispatching control and automated management of mining machines and technological complexes (UTAS) at the coal-mining companies for increase in safe engineering in the amount of 70 million hryvnias (further - budgetary funds) which go Gosgorpromnadzor to noted purposes.

2. Gosgorpromnadzor is the main manager of budgetary funds.
