the amounts of the state fee levied by notary offices for the certificate of purchase and sale agreements, exchanges and donations of automotor-vehicles are distributed in the following procedure:
82 percent - in budgets of areas and cities, 8 percent - on forming of off-budget fund of development of bodies and organizations of justice, 10 percent - on financing of offices of notary public and notarial archives by accumulation of means on treasurer personal accounts of judicial authorities;
92 percent of the amount for the re-registration of automotor-vehicles made by bodies of Public service of traffic safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan are enlisted in budgets of areas and cities, and the remained 8 percent - on treasurer personal account of GSBDD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. Ceased to be valid
5. To the Ministry of Finance allocate to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan the additional number of notaries public in number of 62 units with the corresponding budgetary appropriations for their content.
6. Control of completeness of receipts of duty amounts and payment for re-registration of automotor-vehicles is performed by tax authorities of the republic.
