1. Approve standard provisions:

about geological service according to appendix No. 1;

about surveying service according to appendix No. 2.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of fuel industry and power.

Standard regulations on geological service

This Provision is developed according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About subsoil", determines basic rights and obligations of the geological service created on mountain oil-and-gas production enterprises in the organizations and organizations performing designing, construction and reconstruction of the companies for mining and also the underground constructions which are not connected with mining.

1. The geological service will be organized on mountain oil-and-gas production enterprises, in the organizations and organizations, irrespective of form of their property, performing:

designing, construction and reconstruction of the companies for mining;

additional exploration, operational investigation and development of mineral deposits;

designing, construction, reconstruction and operation of the underground constructions which are not connected with mining including constructions for underground oil storage, gas, other substances and materials, burial of hazardous substances, radioactive waste and production wastes.

2. The geological service in the activities is guided by the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About conservation", "About subsoil" and other legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, other regulations regulating activities of this service and also this Provision.

3. The main tasks of geological service are:

implementation of departmental control of use and protection of subsoil, geological studying of subsoil and rational use of mineral resources;

strengthening of source of raw materials of the companies for mining;

ensuring the most complete and complex use of the mineral deposit;

timely geological ensuring works during the designing, construction and reconstruction of the companies for mining, additional exploration, operational investigation and development of mineral deposits, and also during the designing, construction, reconstruction and operation of the underground constructions which are not connected with mining.

4. The geological service at the companies, in the organizations and organizations performing designing, construction and reconstruction of the companies for mining at the companies performing additional exploration, operational investigation and development of mineral deposits is, as a rule, independent structural division.

7. According to the main tasks geological service of the company, the organization, organization:

a) provides:

completeness of geological studying of subsoil in case of construction, reconstruction and operation of the companies for mining and the underground constructions which are not connected with mining;

control of the most complete extraction from subsoil of the main and passing minerals, behind non-admission of above-standard losses of minerals and selective working off of rich sites of fields, behind fulfillment of requirements on protection of the subsoil, behind correctness of placement taken from subsoil of rocks and minerals and exception of their adverse effect on the environment and also behind observance of other requirements which are within the competence of geological service;

development of suggestions for improvement of technique and technical means of work on studying of geological structure of the developed fields and technology of enrichment of mineral raw materials, implementation in production of the finished scientific developments in these areas;

timely accounting of condition and movement of inventories of minerals, accounting and control of safety of in passing extracted, but temporarily not used minerals;

control of safety of prospecting excavations and boreholes which can be used in case of development of fields and in other economic purposes, behind liquidation in accordance with the established procedure of the developments and wells which are not subject to use;

timely preparation and reasons for materials for write-off from accounting of the companies of the extracted minerals, the inventories of the minerals which lost industrial value, lost in the course of production, did not prove to be true in case of additional exploration, operational investigation and development of fields;

safety of geological and technical documentation, samples of rocks and ores, duplicates of tests of minerals which can be used in case of further studying of subsoil and development of mineral deposits, and also when using natural resources for the purpose of, not connected with mining;
