Regulations on material support of the workers released in connection with reducing the number (states), reorganization and liquidation of the companies, organizations and organizations

1. General provisions

1.1. Guarantee of material support, first of all the workers who are released from the companies, organizations and the organizations (further - "the released workers") in connection with reducing the number (states), reorganization or liquidation of the last use.

1.4. In case of absence at the liquidated companies, organizations and the organizations of necessary means, payment of compensations to the released workers is made:

- the legal successor of the company, organization, organization in the procedure established by the legislation;

- in case of absence at the company, organization, the organization of the legal successor - from means of Republican fund of assistance of employment for the decision of its local Boards.

1.5. When moving of the manpower released on new place of employment to other area procedure for planned redistribution, the companies, the organizations and organizations shall provide them and members of their families living space in accordance with the terms of the employment contract. 1.6. - on receipt of housing or improvement of housing conditions in the place of former work, in case of release of workers in connection with implementation of actions for reducing the number (states).

3.3. For the released workers registered within 10 calendar days after dismissal in Public service of employment as persons who are looking for work the work uninterrupted length of service considered in case of payment of salary supplements, one-time remuneration for long service remains within three months and also by provision of other privileges if those act on new place of employment.

3.4. For the released workers the right to use preschool institutions, summer camps, medical attendance, garden sites, garden and gardening partnerships and the other social benefits on prior workplace remains if they live in the same city, the area.

4. Responsibility of the released workers

3.1. The released and directed to new places of employment or retrained workers bear the personal responsibility for:

- strict observance of labor and production discipline;

- fair and high-quality accomplishment of the assigned obligations;

- increase in the qualification, skills and skill;

- education and preparation to replacements - young personnel of specialists.
