Permit the head Kompleksa concerning agricultural and water economy, conversions of agricultural and food products of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make, if necessary, changes to structure of Department on management of Fund of meliorative improvement of the irrigated lands within the approved total number of personnel.
2. Grant the right to Department on management of Fund of meliorative improvement of the irrigated lands:
stop any works financed by fund, performed without the corresponding examination of proyektnostroitelny documentation or in case of detection of inappropriate use of fund;
