I. General provisions

1. 5. Upon the demand of the state inspector of Service and its territorial authorities of transaction on check of the equipment, tool and devices of safety in case of inspection shall be carried out by service personnel.

II. Main requirements for carrying out inspections

timeliness (at least once in 6 months) and quality of the examinations of crews conducted by administration of the organization;

compliance of technical condition and the service level of the equipment, tool and special devices used in case of repair and reconstruction of wells, to requirements of Rules;

accomplishment of actions for ensuring safe works on the running, capital repairs and reconstruction of the wells developed on materials of investigations of accidents and accidents;

accomplishment of the requirements of the regulatory legal acts and other documents approved by resolutions and orders of Service, and also the instructions issued by her plenipotentiaries concerning organization activity.

11. Concerning the organization and efficiency of implementation of production supervision are checked:

availability of the provision developed, approved as the head of the organization and approved with territorial authority of Service on implementation of production supervision on hazardous production facilities;

availability of persons responsible for the organization and implementation of production supervision;

availability of work plans on implementation of production supervision and their accomplishment;
