Some questions of committees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Committee on the state control of emergency situations and industrial safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan with transfer of functions of control to it in the field of industrial safety and behind accomplishment of actions for civil defense;

2) public institutions - territorial authorities in areas, the cities of Astana and Almaty of Committee on the state control and supervision in the field of emergency situations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan by their separation on:

public institutions - territorial authorities in areas, the cities of Astana and Almaty of Committee of fire service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and public institutions - territorial authorities in areas, the cities of Astana and Almaty of Committee on the state control of emergency situations and industrial safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

5) changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
