1. Approve sample of the employment contract (contract) for acceptance for public service in the relevant state bodies with probation period it (is applied).

2. This Decree becomes effective since September 1, 2001.

1. Data on the parties signing the employment contract (contract)

1.1. This employment contract (contract) (further - "contract")

for acceptance on public service with probation period it is concluded in

compliance with the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic between

1.2. The worker is accepted to position.

2. Contract term

2.1. This contract is signed with probation period for three months.

2.2. During probation period one of  the parties  can

terminate the contract   unilaterally, 

having warned about it other party in 3 days.

2.4. If during probation period the contract is not terminated,

 after the specified term the head of state body,

satisfying terms of the contract, issues the order on acceptance of worked

accomplishment of the labor functions assigned to it by it.

4.2.          State is monthly paid to the worker
