1. Approve "Provision on the National natural park of eldarsky pine of the Azerbaijan Republic" it (is applied).

2. Exclude from the second paragraph of the subitem "v" of Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijani SSR "About the organization of reserves of productive network of the state hunting, lesookhotnichy farms and wildlife areas in the territory of the Azerbaijani SSR" of May 6, 1958 to remove with No. 305 the words "on the area of 300 hectares wood of eldarsky pine".

3. Consider No. 525 which voided the Order of Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijani SSR of September 21, 1967.

4. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Regulations on the National natural park of eldarsky pine of the Azerbaijan Republic

I. General provisions

1.1. The national natural park of eldarsky pine of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the reserve) is the territory allocated with the status nature protection and research establishment.
