About the prices of vegetable oils and margarine products

For the purpose of compensation of additional rises in price of the companies of oil and fat industry which resulted from further liberalization of the prices and in connection with deficit of the republican budget the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Increase since November 15, 1991 retail prices on margarine products on average for 100 percent.

2. To the state committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on economy to review the sizes of trade discounts on margarine products with preserving their absolute amount.

3. To the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Tadzhikpotrebsoyuz, Tadzhikpishcheprom, the ministries, departments, the organizations having retail chain stores to carry out in accordance with the established procedure revaluation of margarine products on Date of Introduction to action of new retail prices with entering of the amounts of revaluation into the budget of the republic.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to compensate difference between the operating and entered retail prices medical and to preschool institutions, schools, orphanages and nursing homes, houses nursing homes for aged and disabled people, to other organizations financed from the republican budget in proportion to rise in price of margarine products.

Recommend to executive committees of Councils of People's Deputies to make the similar decision for the specified organizations financed from local budgets.

5. To the state committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on economy and Tadzhikpishcheprom to review and enter since October 1 of this year new wholesale prices for vegetable oil, salomas for the margarine industry of the republic and margarine products with increase on average for 36 percent.

Enter from the same term new wholesale prices with the receipts tax on salomas for the margarine industry, implemented out of republic limits.

Determine that on salomas technical, glycerin crude, fatty acids, fats in passing products and waste are applied the contract (free) prices.

6. To the state committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on economy to publish price lists of wholesale and retail prices for vegetable oil and margarine products and to bring to the interested ministries, departments and the organizations.
