About establishment of the exchange rate of the Tajik ruble to foreign currencies
For the benefit of ensuring stability, convertibility on the basis of establishment of real ratio of the Tajik ruble in relation to foreign currencies the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. The rate of the Tajik ruble in relation to US dollar is determined by the rate which developed by results of the held foreign exchange auction on the Tajik Interbank currency exchange.
2. The rate of the Tajik ruble in relation to other foreign currencies is determined on the basis of cross-rate, at the same time as intermediate (third) currency rates of these currencies to US dollar are used.
3. The official rate of the Tajik ruble to foreign currencies is established and appears National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan by results of the held auction on the Tajik Interbank currency exchange.
4. The margin on making of foreign currency transactions to authorized banks and exchange points is established by National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan.
