About approval of Rules of conducting hunting for the territories of the Azerbaijan Republic and Regulations on hunting farms
For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 26, 2004 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About hunting" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Approve "Rules of conducting hunting for the territories of the Azerbaijan Republic" and "Provision on hunting farms" it (is applied).
2. Consider invalid resolutions of February 8, 1983 No. 64 and of September 25, 1985 No. 319 of Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijani SSR.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

1.1. These rules according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About hunting", are prepared based on the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 26, 2004 No. 69 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About hunting" and determine rules of conducting hunting for the territories of the Azerbaijan Republic.
1.2. Sites of lands, the woods, other territories of the nature covered with vegetation or water, which are taken away for hunting and hunting farms, the habitat in natural free or semi-free conditions of wild animals and also places of their cultivation and reproduction by separate legal entities and physical persons belong to places of hunting.
