1.1. These rules of the internal labor schedule (2) are developed according to the Labor code, other legal acts for work and are the main local regulation regulating the conclusion, change and the termination of the employment contract, use of working hours and time of rest, discipline of work and other questions of legal relationship arising between the employer and the worker.

1.2. Rules become effective and are applied at the company from the date of their approval in coordination with trade-union committee of the company.

1.4.7. Observe the rights of representative bodies of workers, promote their activities, conduct negotiations on labor and to social and economic problems;

1.5. The worker shall:

1.5.2. Observe discipline of work, timely and to precisely perform legal orders and instructions of the employer;

1.5.4. Make thrifty use of property of the company;
1.5.5. Be polite with members of labor collective, clients of the company and other persons to whom comes into contact in the course of work.

2.2. Employment is allowed since sixteen years.
For training of youth for work employment of pupils of comprehensive schools, average special, professional educational institutions for accomplishment of the easy work which is not doing the harm to their health and moral development which is not breaking training process in non-study time - on reaching them fifteen-year age from written consent of one of parents or one of persons replacing parents is allowed.
Employment of persons which did not reach eighteen years is made with observance of requirements, the stipulated in Article 241 Labor code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2.3. In case of employment arriving shall submit the following documents:
2.3.1. the passport (or the document replacing it), and persons aged up to sixteen years - the certificate of birth and the reference from the residence.
