Consider invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics, State Property Committee, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, JSC Almalyksky MMC, JSC Uzvtortsvetmet and JSC UZRTSB of 29.03.2004 N 24, by N01/24-15, N 53, N 948, N283-1, 42-01/142 "About approval of Provisional regulations for procedure for realization of the copper refined of zinc metal and aluminum secondary on biddings" (рег. N1367 of 04.06.2004, the Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, Art. N22-23, 269).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
