2. The state committee on ecology and environmental protection, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on forestry and other ministries and departments having departmental forest fund to be guided by the approved regulating documents.

Fire safety regulations in the woods of the Republic of Uzbekistan

I. General provisions

1. These rules are developed according to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the wood", "About conservation" and other regulations of the republic.

2. The state supervision of accomplishment of fire safety regulations in the woods of the Republic of Uzbekistan is exercised by the State committee on ecology and environmental protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan, public authorities on places, bodies of the State fire supervision. The state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on forestry exercises departmental control over the implementation of Rules in the territory of the state forest fund which is at its disposal.

3. These rules are obligatory for all companies, the organizations, organizations, irrespective of patterns of ownership and departmental subordination, and also physical persons.

II. General requirements to legal entities and physical persons for observance of fire safety regulations in the woods

6. Legal entities and physical persons shall:
