1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 11.05.2011 No. 131

5. The state inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safe operation in the industry, mining and the household sector to develop in a month and to approve in accordance with the established procedure:

samples of uniform, signs of distinction and procedure for its carrying;

in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan regulations and terms of issue of uniform and regulations on off-budget fund of the State inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safe operation in the industry, the mining and the household sector formed at the expense of the penalties imposed by inspection according to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility.

Determine that expenses on ensuring inspection with uniform of workers are covered at the expense of means: the government budget - 30 percent, extrabudgetary funds - 70 percent.

6. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 7.

Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 7, 2000 No. 130 "About the organization of activities of the Agency on supervision of safe operation in the industry and to mountain supervision" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan 2003, No. 4, the Art. 17).

8. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sultanov U. T.
