Cancel the Regulations of the National commission on securities approved by the Resolution of the National commission on securities of N3/5 of July 22, 1999 with subsequent changes and amendments, and the appendix N 1 to Regulations of the National commission on securities approved by the Resolution of the National commission on securities No. 58/2 of October 24, 2006.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
