Accept the offer of Uzkhimprom association on project implementation on creation on PO Navoiazot of capacities on production of 17 thousand tons of chlorine liquid, 12,6 thousand tons of hydrochloric acid, 6,7 thousand tons of hypochlorite of sodium and 26 thousand tons of the caustic soda a year.
2. Permit Uzkhimprom association to sign the contract with "Lurgi Anlagenbau Hemints Gmbh" (Germany) for preparation of technical documentation, supply of equipment, materials, also the technical guidance behind commissioning of processing equipment on production of liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid, hypochlorite of sodium and the caustic soda with the term of input of capacities in 20 months after the introduction of the contract in force is performed supervision of erection.
3. Determine:
the general customer of construction of production of chlorine liquid, chlorproducts and the caustic soda - Navoiazot production association;
the prime contractor on construction of the construction this proizvodstvanavoiysky management with involvement of subcontractors;
the general designer - Uzniikhimproyekt institute;
terms of designing, supply of equipment, installation and commissioning of object according to the appendix N1.
4. Determine that financing of currency part of the project is performed:
in the amount of 85 percent of cost of the contract within the credit line Berliner Banka under insurance of society "Hermes" refinanced by National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan for a period of 7 years in the amount of 43010 thousand DM
in the amount of 15 percent of cost of the contract within the credit line Berliner Banka refinanced by National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan for a period of two years in the amount of 7590 thousand DM.
Repayment of the credits will be performed by PO Navoiazot at the expense of own sources in the terms established by the credit agreement (appendices N 2, 3 confidentially)
