About wages increase to educators and student's grants
For the purpose of further development of independent neutral Turkmenistan, radical reforming and enhancement of education system, world-class achievement of the education got by young people, bigger stimulation of work of teachers of education and training of younger generation, improvement of conditions of their work and life, worthy assessment of their role and the place in society as tutors of youth, and also for stimulation of student's youth of Hulk Maslakhata of Turkmenistan decides:
1. Since September 1, 2007 to raise the tariff charges and wages to professors and teachers, and also grant of students and pupils for 40 percent taking into account review of the teacher's loading established by the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan of March 4, 2007.
2. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan to bring in the Government budget of Turkmenistan for 2007 the changes following from this resolution.
3. To the ministry adalat (justices) of Turkmenistan to prepare offers on entering into the regulations of Turkmenistan following from this resolution of change and to submit them for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers.
4. Control of execution of this Resolution is imposed on vice-chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, hyakim of welayats and the city of Ashgabat.
