1. Approve "Rules of record keeping in public authorities, organizations, the organizations and the companies for offers, statements and claims of citizens" it (is applied).

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Rules of record keeping in public authorities, organizations, the organizations and the companies for offers, statements and claims of citizens

1. Work on clerical work in public authorities, organizations, the organizations and the companies for offers, statements and claims of citizens is carried out according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens" and these rules. These rules do not extend to the addresses of citizens considered within judicial proceedings and administrative production.

2. Work on clerical work in public authorities, organizations, the organizations and the companies is conducted separately from other work types on clerical work and the officials who are specially appointed for this work.

In public authorities, organizations, the organizations and the companies for offers, statements and claims of citizens their heads are responsible for condition of work on clerical work. They periodically check observance of Rules of conducting work on clerical work in relevant organs of the government, organizations, the organizations and the companies and take measures for enhancement of this work.

3. Being accepted, all proposals, statements and claims of citizens arriving in public authorities, organizations, the organizations and the companies shall be registered in centralized procedure in day of receipt in registration and control leaves (the form is applied).

If it is possible to determine the address of person which directed the arrived offer, the statement or the claim, and also time of the direction (obtaining) of similar addresses only on the basis of the address noted on envelope and dates of postage stamp, then also envelopes of these addresses remain. 6. Officials of public authorities, organizations, organizations and companies shall provide complete and correct studying of the offers, statements and claims which arrived from citizens their consideration in the terms determined by the law execution of the decisions made as a result of consideration and for this purpose exercise control of this work.
