This Law installs system of measures of the state protection of life, health and property of judges, officials of the law-enforcement and controlling (supervising) bodies, the military personnel and faces of civil personnel of body of the state protection, Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus, their relatives, other persons who are subject to the state protection in connection with infringement of their safety and also is directed to creation of proper conditions for administration of law, fight against crimes and other offenses, execution of court decrees and other executive documents.
For the purposes of this Law the following main terms and their determinations are used:
1) relatives are parents, children, adoptive parents (adopters) adopted (adopted), brothers and sisters, the grandfather, the grandma, grandsons, the spouse (spouse) or the same relatives of the spouse (spouse) judge, the official of the law-enforcement and controlling (supervising) bodies, the serviceman or face of civil personnel of body of the state protection, Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus, and also other relatives, disabled dependents and other persons living jointly and conducting general economy with the judge, the official of the law-enforcement and controlling (supervising) bodies, the serviceman or face of civil personnel of body of the state protection, Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus or other persons whom they reasonably recognize as the relatives;
