About approval of the Ukrainian Coal Program
For the purpose of increase in overall performance of the companies of the coal industry and ensuring proper level of production of coal for needs of national economy the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Ukrainian Coal Program it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Economy and European Integration, the Ministry of Finance during annual forming of drafts of the State program of economic and social development of Ukraine and the Government budget of Ukraine since 2002 to consider expenses on accomplishment of the Program approved by this resolution in borders of real opportunities of the budget.
3. To the Ministry of Fuel and Energy to inform the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the course of implementation of actions on organizational ensuring accomplishment of the Ukrainian Coal Program following the results of the first half of the year till August 1 of the current year and following the results of year - till March 1 of the next year.
