On regulation of compensation of heads of the state companies
For the purpose of streamlining of compensation of heads of the state companies the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on regulation of compensation of heads of the state companies in case of appointment them to position or the conclusion with them employment contracts (contracts).
Payment terms of work of heads of the state companies determine the relevant organs of the government performing the powers of the owner (or the bodies authorized by them) having the right to sign the employment contract (contract).
Employment contracts with heads of the companies of other patterns of ownership in which the share of state-owned property constitutes 50 and more than 50%, consists on the basis of this Provision.
3. The signed earlier employment contracts (contracts) with heads of the state companies are reviewed if they do not correspond to the Provision approved by this resolution.
4. Grant the right to heads of body to which the rights of the owner are delegated and with which the agreement (contract) is signed, to establish to heads of the state companies of the allowance for accomplishment of especially important work at the rate to 50% of official pay rate. These allowances are cancelled or decrease in case of untimely task performance, work quality degradation, and also in case of violation of labor discipline.
5. To the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Industry ministry and new technologies for cases of the industry to develop technique of determination of main occupation of the worker at the company.
