The Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:

1. Approve for 2007 the sizes of contributions of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States on financing of the Actions plan on implementation of the Concept of development of social and medical bases of improvement of quality of life and prevention of the disability of veterans of wars, participants of the local conflicts, peacekeeping transactions and the victims of terrorism in the State Parties of the CIS for 20062010 years approved by the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States of May 25, 2006 (appendix 1).

2. Approve expenses for 2007 on implementation of the Actions plan on implementation of the Concept of development of social and medical bases of improvement of quality of life and prevention of disability of veterans of wars, participants of the local conflicts, peacekeeping transactions and the victims of terrorism in the State Parties of the CIS for 20062010 years in the amount of the 12th 148, of 0 thousand rubles of the Russian Federation (appendix 2).

3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing, and for the states which legislation requires holding the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from the date of receipt by depositary of the adequate notice.
