About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of viticulture, gardening and hop-growing

1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing which is attached.
2. Recognize lost action:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 29, 1999 No. 1170 "About approval of the Procedure for collection of collection and use of funds for development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 26, the Art. 1243);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 25, 1999 No. 2152 "About modification of the Procedure for collection of collection and use of funds for development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 48, the Art. 2355).

2. No. 104 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 07.02.2018.
