together with the Main educational and methodical center Gosnadzorokhrantruda (Bazhenov O. K.), general department (Dengin A. P.) in week time after registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to develop and provide implementation of actions about implementation of the Standard provision.
3. To general department (Dengin A. P.) in week time after registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring this order to permission of territorial administrations, expert and technical centers and National research institution of labor protection.
4. The editorial offices of the Labor protection magazine (Yakovenko M. G.) to publish this order in the future issue of the magazine.
5. Declare invalid Gosnadzorokhrantrud's order of 03.08.93 No. 73 "About Standard regulations on security service of work", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 30.09.93 for No. 140.

1.1. According to the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection" the security service of work is created by the employer for the organization of accomplishment of the legal, organizational and technical, sanitary and hygienic, social and economic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions directed to prevention of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents in the course of labor activity.
1.2. Based on Standard regulations on security service of work (further - the Standard provision) taking into account specifics of production and types of activity, number of workers, working conditions and other factors, the employer develops and approves Regulations on security service of work of the relevant company, determines structure of security service of work, its number, the main tasks, functions and the rights of her workers, according to the legislation.

1.5. The job title (professions) groups of companies 003 are established according to the National qualifier of Ukraine: 2010 "The qualifier of professions" approved by Gospotrebstandart's order of Ukraine of July 28, 2010 No. 327, and qualification requirements - according to the Section 1 "Professions of Heads, Professionals, Specialists and Technical Employees" Release 1 "Professions of the workers who are general for all types of economic activity" the Reference book of qualification characteristics of professions of workers approved by the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of 29.12.2004 No. 336.
1.6. Training and examination concerning labor protection of employees of security service of work is carried out in the procedure established by the legislation during acceptance for work and periodically once in three years.
1.7. Employees of security service of work of the company in the activities are guided by the legislation of Ukraine, regulatory legal acts on labor protection, the collective agreement and acts on labor protection which are effective within the company.
1.8. Liquidation of security service of work is allowed only in case of liquidation of the company or the termination of use of wage labor by physical person.
2.1. In case of lack of the implemented quality system according to ISO 9001, study of effective management system labor protection at the company and assistance to enhancement of activities in this direction of each structural division and each worker. Ensuring professional support of decisions of the employer on these questions.
2.2. The organization of holding the preventive actions directed to elimination of harmful and dangerous production factors, prevention of labor accidents, occupational diseases and other cases of threat of life or to health of workers.
2.3. Studying and assistance to implementation in production of achievements of science and technology, progressive and safe technologies, modern means of collective and individual protection of workers.
2.4. Control of observance by workers of requirements of the laws and other regulatory legal acts on labor protection, provisions (in the presence) the industry agreement, the Section "Labor protection", the collective agreement and acts on labor protection existing within the company.
2.5. Informing and provision of explanations to employees of the company for questions of labor protection.
3.1. Development together with other divisions of the company of complex actions for achievement of the established standard rates and increase in the existing level of labor protection, plans, programs of improvement of working conditions, prevention of industrial traumatism, occupational diseases, provision of the organizational and methodical help in accomplishment of the planned actions.
3.2. Preparation of drafts of orders (orders) concerning labor protection and their introduction for consideration to the employer.
