About approval of the Standard regulations on security service of work
According to the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection" (with changes) I ORDER:
1. Approve Standard regulations on security service of work (further the Standard provision) which are applied.
2. To management of normative and legal and legal providing (Kubiyevich M. V.):
submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
enter corresponding changes in the State register of regulatory legal acts concerning labor protection;
post this order on Gosnadzorokhrantrud's website of Ukraine;
together with the Main educational and methodical center Gosnadzorokhrantruda (Bazhenov O. K.), general department (Dengin A. P.) in week time after registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to develop and provide implementation of actions about implementation of the Standard provision.
3. To general department (Dengin A. P.) in week time after registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring this order to permission of territorial administrations, expert and technical centers and National research institution of labor protection.
4. The editorial offices of the Labor protection magazine (Yakovenko M. G.) to publish this order in the future issue of the magazine.
5. Declare invalid Gosnadzorokhrantrud's order of 03.08.93 No. 73 "About Standard regulations on security service of work", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 30.09.93 for No. 140.
6. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman of Committee Semk O. P.
